Our Lady of the Assumption, Walkinstown Parish, is now taking Enrolments for First Holy Communion. In order for your child to receive the sacraments he/she must be enrolled with the Parish. The Parish Programme complements the school’s preparation of this Sacrament.

I/We request that my child receive the sacraments of 1st Reconciliation and 1st Communion and confirm that I/We agree to assist them by following the Parish Preparation Programme.

TERMS OF ENROLMENT

The information you provide will only be used to facilitate the celebration of the First Holy Communion Sacrament. It will not be shared with anyone else except in the event of your child was baptised in a different parish. The Communion details will then be shared and with that other parish for inclusion in the Baptism register. The information will be retained on the Pastoral Management System for administration purposes only.

The information entered in the sacramental register is a permanent record.

If your child was baptised in Walkinstown Church, there is no need to submit a Baptism Cert, but please do provide us with date of baptism in the space provided below or you have not submitted your baptism Cert to the School
